Arcadia Health Alliance
Most families arrive here after something changed: a fall, a hospital stay, a diagnosis, or the slow realization that managing alone is no longer working. Arcadia has three teams for that, and one place to start.

Families rarely need only one kind of support, and needs change over time. Arcadia is structured so you can move between them without starting over with a new provider.
You explain your situation once. If the right support sits with another Arcadia team, we hand it over internally rather than sending you back to the start.
Someone recovering from a hip replacement may need rehabilitation now and personal support later. Moving between them does not mean finding a new provider.
Every Arcadia team works under clinical oversight, so the plan holds together when more than one kind of support is involved.
That is the normal starting point. Tell us what is happening and we will point you to the right place, including when that is somewhere other than Arcadia.
