Arcadia Health Alliance

Your parent needs more help than last year.

Most families arrive here after something changed: a fall, a hospital stay, a diagnosis, or the slow realization that managing alone is no longer working. Arcadia has three teams for that, and one place to start.

Three teams, one organization

Families rarely need only one kind of support, and needs change over time. Arcadia is structured so you can move between them without starting over with a new provider.

Arcadia Home Care

Support at home, from an hour a week to around the clock

  • Personal support and daily living assistance
  • Dementia, brain injury, and complex care
  • Hospital discharge and palliative support
  • Overnight and 24 hour care

Arcadia Rehab

In-home rehabilitation that rebuilds strength and confidence

  • Strength, balance, and mobility programs
  • Fall prevention and home safety
  • Aquatherapy and exercise programs
  • Cognitive vitality and brain health

Eldercare Concierge

Assessment and care planning tools for professional advisors

  • Structured needs assessment
  • Reports advisors can act on
  • Built for advisors, OTs, and case managers
  • Canadian hosted, PIPEDA aligned

Why one organization matters

One assessment, not three

You explain your situation once. If the right support sits with another Arcadia team, we hand it over internally rather than sending you back to the start.

Care that changes with the need

Someone recovering from a hip replacement may need rehabilitation now and personal support later. Moving between them does not mean finding a new provider.

Clinical supervision throughout

Every Arcadia team works under clinical oversight, so the plan holds together when more than one kind of support is involved.

Not sure which team you need?

That is the normal starting point. Tell us what is happening and we will point you to the right place, including when that is somewhere other than Arcadia.
