One organization behind three teams
Arcadia Health Alliance is the parent organization for Arcadia Home Care, Arcadia Rehab, and Eldercare Concierge.

How Arcadia is structured
Arcadia has supported families in the Greater Toronto Area since 2005. What began as home care has grown into three teams, because the families we work with rarely need only one kind of help, and what they need changes over time.
The Alliance exists so those teams operate as one organization rather than three separate companies. A family that starts with personal support and later needs rehabilitation does not have to find a new provider, repeat their history, or coordinate between strangers.
The three divisions
- Arcadia Home Care. Personal support, dementia and brain injury care, palliative support, and help after a hospital stay, delivered in the home by clinically supervised caregivers.
- Arcadia Rehab. Rehabilitation support therapists work in the home on strength, balance, fall prevention, and cognitive vitality, so recovery continues after formal therapy ends.
- Eldercare Concierge. A platform for care advisors, occupational therapists, and families to assess an older adult's needs and turn the answers into reports they can act on. Hosted in Canada, built to PIPEDA requirements.
How we work
Every Arcadia team works under clinical supervision. That matters most when more than one kind of support is involved, because it means one plan rather than several that quietly contradict each other.
We also tell families when Arcadia is not the answer. If the right support is a publicly funded program, a specialist, or another provider, saying so is more useful than selling a service that does not fit.
